I’m a millwright, a mama of three boys, a wife, and the person my family counts on. I know rotating shifts, carrying a lot, and keeping going even when the life you’ve built doesn’t quite fit.

I spent years believing that working harder was the answer. It wasn’t enough. I couldn’t shake the feeling that there had to be more than getting through the next shift and waiting for the weekend.
